The Built-In Electric Griddle Series is designed for professional commercial kitchens that require a clean integrated cooking line, stable electric heating, and efficient griddle cooking performance. This series includes built-in electric flat griddle and built-in electric ribbed griddle configurations, making it suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering kitchens, food courts, and western cooking stations.

The built-in structure allows the unit to be installed into a stainless steel countertop or customized cooking station, helping create a neat and continuous kitchen work surface. The flat griddle surface is suitable for general frying and grilling tasks, while the ribbed griddle surface is suitable for foods that require grill marks and surface texture.

The equipment is designed for 380V 3N~ / 50Hz power supply. It uses a 304 stainless steel drawn tabletop with 1.8 mm thickness, 304 stainless steel side panels with 1.0 mm thickness, and a 304 stainless steel control panel with 1.5 mm thickness. The stainless steel structure supports durability, easy cleaning, and reliable daily operation in commercial kitchen environments.
