The series uses gas-fired overhead infrared heating, six ceramic infrared strip burners, left and right burner group control, standing pilot flame, flame failure protection, automatic pulse electronic ignition, adjustable pull-out grilling rack, 750 × 650 mm effective grilling area, removable oil collection structure, air insulation design, and an 18 mm thick low-alloy steel griddle plate with optional chrome-plated surface.

    This commercial gas overhead barbecue grill series is designed for professional grilling, barbecue cooking, meat preparation, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, and high-output kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, barbecue restaurants, western kitchens, food courts, catering kitchens, central kitchens, and other commercial foodservice environments.

    The series uses gas-fired overhead infrared heating. Food does not directly contact an open flame, helping reduce burning risk while supporting fast heat transfer and stable grilling performance. This structure helps retain moisture in ingredients and supports consistent barbecue cooking results.

    The series includes 15 kW and 18 kW gas heat load options. Each model uses six ceramic infrared strip burners divided into left and right control groups, allowing operators to use one side or both sides according to production requirements.

    The grill uses a flame control switch with safety protection, standing pilot flame, flame failure protection, and automatic pulse electronic ignition. The pull-out grilling rack can be raised or lowered to control the grilling temperature near the food surface, making food loading, unloading, and cooking adjustment more convenient.

    The effective grilling area is 750 × 650 mm. The oil guide pan and oil collection box are removable for easier cleaning. The unit uses an air insulation structure to avoid contamination from insulation materials, and the griddle plate can make use of residual heat during operation. The 18 mm thick low-alloy steel griddle plate measures 655 × 625 mm, with optional chrome-plated surface treatment.
