Flight-Type Dishwasher 6500 with Scrap Removal (29–68 kW)

This flight-type dishwasher series with integrated scrap removal is designed for the most demanding ultra-high-volume warewashing operations in hotel banquet kitchens, central kitchens, institutional canteens, and industrial catering facilities. With a cleaning capacity of up to 6500 dishes per hour and a built-in scrap removal system, it reduces manual pre-rinsing labour and streamlines the warewashing process. The series offers multiple drying and scrap removal configurations to suit different workflow, energy supply, and labour-saving requirements.

The series includes four models covering two drying configurations: a single dryer version and a double dryer version, both with integrated scrap removal. The scrap removal system automatically separates food waste from the wash water flow, helping to maintain wash tank cleanliness and extend the interval between tank draining. Standard models accept ambient-temperature inlet water, while energy-saving models are optimized for 50°C to 60°C pre-heated inlet water. All models share a water consumption of 450 L per hour, a main wash temperature of 65°C, and a rinse temperature of 85°C.

All primary structure components are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene in demanding wet environments. Water supply uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and drainage uses a G1-1/2 inch drain outlet. The extended flight-type conveyor with integrated scrap removal, multiple wash zones, and drying sections allows continuous and uninterrupted loading of heavily soiled ware without the need for extensive manual pre-cleaning.
