Gas Eco-Friendly Chinese Wok Range Series (42–84 kW)

This gas eco-friendly Chinese wok range series is designed for high-heat stir-frying, boiling, steaming, sauce preparation, and general Chinese cooking applications in commercial kitchens. It is suitable for Chinese restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, food courts, catering kitchens, and other high-demand foodservice environments.

The series includes single-wok and double-wok configurations, with single rear-burner or double rear-burner layouts available according to kitchen workflow requirements. The models are available in 1050 mm and 1250 mm depth options, allowing customers to choose a suitable structure based on installation space, cooking habits, and operating layout.

Each main burner has a heat load of 42 kW, providing strong firepower for fast stir-frying and continuous commercial cooking. Double-wok models provide a total heat load of 84 kW, making them suitable for higher-volume kitchens that require faster meal output during peak service hours.

The range is equipped with an eco-friendly silent burner, silent fan system, pulse electronic ignition, and ion flame failure protection. The electromagnetic safety valve configuration helps improve operational safety and control reliability during daily commercial use.

The countertop uses a stretched and stamped 304-grade stainless steel wok chamber with 1.5 mm thickness. The front panel, side panels, and back panel are made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The front and rear support rails use 2.0 mm thick 430-grade stainless steel, while the left and right frame sides use 1.5 mm thick material. The double-layer countertop structure includes thermal insulation cotton for improved heat insulation performance.

Standard accessories include wok ring supports, cold water basin, splash guard frame, and seasoning panel, helping support practical daily operation in professional Chinese kitchens.
