Electric Overhead Barbecue Grill Series (18–24 kW)

This electric overhead barbecue grill series is designed for commercial grilling, barbecue cooking, meat preparation, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, and hot kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, barbecue restaurants, food courts, catering kitchens, central kitchens, and other professional foodservice environments.

The series uses electric infrared heating from the top section. Food does not directly contact an open flame, helping reduce burning risk while supporting stable grilling performance. Infrared heating provides fast heat transfer and helps retain moisture in ingredients during cooking.

Two power configurations are available: 18 kW and 24 kW. Each model uses 380V / 50Hz power supply. The heating system is divided into upper and lower control groups, allowing operators to adjust heating intensity according to different cooking requirements.

The pull-out grilling rack can be raised or lowered to control the cooking temperature near the food surface. The effective grilling area is 750 × 650 mm. Removable oil guide pans and oil collection boxes support easier daily cleaning and maintenance.

The unit uses air insulation to reduce contamination risk from insulation materials. A cooling fan is included to protect electrical wiring and reduce body temperature during operation. The 18 mm thick low-alloy steel griddle plate measures 855 × 625 mm, and a hard chrome surface can be selected according to project requirements.
