Gas Eco-Friendly Steamer Cabinet Series (42–56 kW)

This gas eco-friendly steamer cabinet series is designed for commercial steaming applications in restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, school kitchens, factory dining halls, and high-volume foodservice operations. It is suitable for steaming rice, vegetables, seafood, meat products, dim sum, meal trays, and prepared food items.

The series includes single-door, double-door, three-door, and double-door split-opening configurations to meet different kitchen capacity requirements. With 42 kW and 56 kW heat load options, the series is suitable for both standard commercial kitchens and higher-output meal production environments.

The units are equipped with eco-friendly burners, pulse electronic ignition, ion flame failure protection, and electromagnetic safety valve configuration. These features help improve ignition convenience, flame safety, and operation reliability during daily commercial use.

The cabinet includes a magnetic scale treatment pipe. For hard water areas, a water softening system must be installed before using the equipment to help reduce scale buildup and support long-term stable operation.

The structure uses 304-grade stainless steel panels for key working areas. The countertop is made from 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, while the front panel, side panels, and back panel are made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The water tank is made from 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel and insulated with thermal insulation cotton for improved heat retention.
