This gas eco-friendly large Chinese wok range series is designed for high-firepower Chinese cooking applications in commercial kitchens. It is suitable for stir-frying, boiling, steaming, large-volume cooking, sauce preparation, and continuous meal production in Chinese restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, school kitchens, factory dining halls, and catering operations.

The series includes single-wok and double-wok configurations with a larger wok chamber structure for high-output cooking tasks. The single-wok model provides a heat load of 48 kW, while the double-wok model provides a total heat load of 96 kW, making the series suitable for kitchens that require stronger firepower and faster cooking efficiency during peak service hours.

The units are equipped with eco-friendly silent burners, silent fan systems, pulse electronic ignition, ion flame failure protection, and electromagnetic safety valve configuration. These features help improve ignition convenience, flame safety, combustion stability, and daily operation reliability in demanding commercial kitchen environments.

The countertop uses a stretched and stamped 304-grade stainless steel wok chamber with 1.5 mm thickness. The front panel, side panels, and back panel are made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The front and rear support rails use 2.0 mm thick 430-grade stainless steel, while the left and right frame sides use 1.5 mm thick material. The double-layer countertop structure includes thermal insulation cotton for better heat insulation performance.

For this equipment series, a 409-type flanged wok pot is recommended for better matching with the wok chamber structure and daily cooking operation.
