It is suitable for roast duck shops, roast meat shops, Chinese restaurants, BBQ restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, and commercial foodservice operations.

    This commercial roast duck and roast meat oven series is designed for professional roasting applications in roast meat shops, Chinese restaurants, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, BBQ restaurants, and commercial foodservice operations. It is suitable for roast duck, roast goose, roast chicken, roast pork, suckling pig, and other meat products that require stable heating and consistent roasting performance.

    The series includes gas roast duck ovens, electric roast duck ovens, space-style roast duck ovens, roast pig ovens, and externally sourced customizable roast duck oven models. Gas models are suitable for traditional commercial roasting with strong heating performance, while electric models are suitable for kitchens that prefer electric energy use and easier installation management. Charcoal-fired versions can also be arranged for selected customizable models according to customer requirements.

    Selected gas models are equipped with powerful burners, pulse electronic ignition, thermocouple flame failure protection, refractory stone seats, and heat-resistant stainless steel reflector structures. Electric models use 380V 3N power supply and stainless steel oven body construction for stable commercial heating.

    The main oven body uses 304-grade stainless steel materials according to model configuration. Selected models use 1.2 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel for the oven body, inner body, oven door, and outer shell, while the roast pig model uses 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel around the body for stronger structure.

    Externally sourced roast duck oven models can be customized according to customer requirements. These models can be configured in gas-fired, charcoal-fired, or electric heating types, and can include flame failure protection, electronic ignition, and safety protection devices. Manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm for selected customizable models.
