This western electric and gas soup kettle series is designed for commercial soup cooking, stock preparation, sauce heating, porridge cooking, broth simmering, and high-volume hot kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, catering kitchens, banquet kitchens, and other professional foodservice environments.
The series includes electric heating and gas heating models with 80 L and 100 L capacity options. The 80 L models are suitable for medium-volume daily preparation, while the 100 L models support higher production requirements for soup, stock, sauce, broth, and similar liquid food preparation.
Electric models use 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply with 12 kW electric heating power. Gas models provide 21 kW and 24 kW heat load configurations according to capacity. All models share an 800 × 900 × 850 mm structure, making the series easy to match with standard commercial kitchen layouts.
The main structure uses a 430-grade stainless steel frame and 304-grade stainless steel working panels. The countertop is made from 1.8 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, the control panel is made from 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, the outer body is made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, and the inner tank is made from 2.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel for durable commercial operation.
