    This commercial electric combi oven series is designed for professional steaming, roasting, baking, reheating, rice steaming, meat roasting, fish steaming, soup steaming, and high-volume kitchen production. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, canteens, bakery kitchens, banquet kitchens, and other commercial foodservice environments.

    The series includes 6-tray, 10-tray, and 20-tray configurations, with 1/1 GN and 2/1 GN tray capacity options. The 6-tray and 10-tray models are suitable for countertop or compact kitchen installation, while the 20-tray models are suitable for higher-volume production and large commercial kitchen workflows.

    The oven is equipped with an independent steam generator, electronic touch control, mechanical over-temperature protection, phase sequence protection, phase loss protection, under-voltage protection, and over-voltage protection. The fan forward and reverse rotation system and PID curve temperature control system help keep the oven chamber temperature even and support consistent cooking results.

    The operation modes include manual operation, automatic cooking, and automatic cleaning. The automatic cooking function includes 350 menu programs for convenient daily operation. The automatic cleaning system includes detergent cleaning, water rinsing, high-temperature steam sterilization, and drying or dehumidification processes, helping reduce labor and improve kitchen hygiene.
