This commercial salamander broiler series is designed for grilling, browning, melting, finishing, reheating, and surface roasting in professional kitchens. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, snack bars, cafés, catering kitchens, central kitchens, food courts, and other commercial foodservice environments.
The series includes wall-mounted electric, countertop electric, and countertop gas models. The wall-mounted electric model uses a top-adjustment structure, while the countertop models use an adjustable grill rack structure. These configurations allow kitchens to choose the suitable model according to installation space, cooking workflow, and energy supply conditions.
The electric models provide 4.6 kW and 6 kW power options with 220V / 50Hz power supply. The gas model provides 12 kW heat load for kitchens that require gas heating operation. The wall-mounted model has a 650 × 350 mm cooking area, making it suitable for compact finishing and browning tasks.
The main structure uses 304-grade stainless steel panels. Selected models use 1.2 mm thick stainless steel cooking surface panels and 1.0 mm thick stainless steel body panels, while the countertop adjustable-rack models use 1.2 mm thick stainless steel panels for both cooking surface and body structure.
