It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, catering kitchens, banquet kitchens, and other professional foodservice environments.
The series includes electric heating and gas heating models with 80 L and 100 L capacity options. The 80 L models are suitable for medium-volume daily cooking, while the 100 L models support higher production requirements for sauces, stews, braised dishes, cooked rice, and other batch cooking applications.
Electric models use 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply with 12 kW electric heating power. Gas models provide 14 kW and 18 kW gas heat load options, with 380V 3N / 50Hz, 0.1 kW auxiliary electric power for supporting electrical components.
The main structure uses a 430-grade stainless steel frame and 304-grade stainless steel working panels. The countertop is made from 1.8 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, the control panel is made from 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, the outer body is made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, and the inner tank is made from 2.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel for durable commercial operation.
