Electric and Gas Charbroiler Cabinet Series (4.5–27 kW)

This electric and gas charbroiler cabinet series is designed for commercial grilling, barbecue cooking, meat preparation, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, and high-volume kitchen production. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, barbecue restaurants, canteens, catering kitchens, central kitchens, food courts, and other commercial foodservice environments.

The series combines a charbroiler grill top with a lower storage cabinet base, helping kitchens improve space utilization while keeping trays, tools, and frequently used accessories within easy reach. Electric heating and gas heating models are available to match different kitchen energy supplies and cooking preferences.

The series includes 400 mm, 800 mm, and 1200 mm width options, with 750 mm and 900 mm depth configurations. Electric models provide 4.5 kW to 18 kW power options, while gas models provide 7 kW to 27 kW heat load options, allowing customers to choose the suitable model according to kitchen layout, menu type, and daily production capacity.

The main structure uses a 430-grade stainless steel frame and 304-grade stainless steel working panels. The countertop uses 1.8 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, while the control panel uses 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The side panels and back panel use 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel for durable commercial kitchen operation.
