Round Electric Four-Zone Grill Griddle Series (20 kW)

This round electric four-zone grill griddle series is designed for commercial barbecue cooking, flat griddle cooking, skewer roasting, meat grilling, seafood cooking, vegetable grilling, breakfast preparation, and open kitchen cooking stations. It is suitable for restaurants, barbecue restaurants, hotel kitchens, food courts, catering kitchens, central kitchens, and commercial foodservice environments that require combined grilling and griddle cooking functions.

The unit uses a round 1500 × 1500 × 850 mm body structure and combines electric griddle sections with electric barbecue grill sections. This layout allows operators to cook different foods at the same workstation, improving cooking flexibility and service efficiency in commercial kitchens.

The total electric power is 20 kW with 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply. The electric griddle section includes 2 groups, with each group rated at 4 kW. The electric barbecue grill section includes 2 groups, with each group rated at 6 kW. Each barbecue group is equipped with 3 automatic rotating skewers for skewer roasting applications.

The electric griddle section uses dry heating wires and thermostat switches for temperature control. The electric barbecue section uses carbon fiber glass heating tubes and potentiometer switches for heat adjustment, supporting different cooking requirements in one integrated round cooking unit.
