The series includes two-zone, four-zone, and six-zone induction range models. Each cooking zone provides 3.5 kW heating power, with total power options from 7 kW to 21 kW. The 400 mm, 800 mm, and 1200 mm width options help match different kitchen layouts and production capacity requirements.
Two cabinet depth configurations are available, including 750 mm and 900 mm. The compact 400 mm models are suitable for smaller kitchens or auxiliary cooking stations, while the wider 800 mm and 1200 mm models support higher-volume commercial cooking during busy service periods.
The main structure uses a 430-grade stainless steel frame and 304-grade stainless steel working panels. The countertop uses 1.8 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, while the control panel uses 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The side panels and back panel use 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel for durable commercial kitchen operation.
