This commercial round charbroiler and griddle series is designed for barbecue grilling, flat griddle cooking, meat preparation, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, skewer roasting, breakfast cooking, and open kitchen cooking stations. It is suitable for restaurants, barbecue restaurants, hotel kitchens, food courts, catering kitchens, central kitchens, and commercial foodservice environments that require combined grilling and griddle cooking functions.
The series combines a round barbecue grill section with a hard chrome flat griddle section. The cooking surface uses a 50% cast iron ribbed charbroiler area and a 50% hard chrome flat griddle area, allowing operators to grill and griddle different foods on one compact round workstation.
Electric and gas heating models are available. The electric model uses 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply with 16.5 kW heating power. The gas model provides 36 kW heat load with 220V / 50Hz, 120 W auxiliary electric power, strip burner, electronic ignition, thermocouple flame failure protection, and DN20 gas inlet.
Both models have a 1500 × 1500 × 850 mm round body structure and a Ø900 mm cooking area. Each model is equipped with 4 independent rotating skewers, a cast iron ribbed grilling plate, high-temperature barbecue stones, and a hard chrome flat griddle plate for flexible commercial cooking operation.
