The series includes gas heating and electric heating models with 60 L, 80 L, 100 L, 120 L, and 150 L capacity options. The tilting pan structure helps operators discharge cooked food more conveniently and improves cleaning efficiency after cooking, making it suitable for kitchens that handle large-volume liquid, semi-liquid, and batch-cooked dishes.
Gas models provide 14 kW heat load for 60–120 L models and 21 kW heat load for the 150 L model, with 220V / 50Hz, 0.1 kW auxiliary electric power. Electric models provide 9 kW power for 60–120 L models and 15 kW power for the 150 L model, with 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply.
The main structure uses stainless steel construction for commercial kitchen durability and hygiene. Most models use 304-grade stainless steel side panels, top panels, front panels, outer side panels, inner tank, outer tank, cover panel, and operation panel. The 80 L gas model uses a 430-grade stainless steel frame, 304-grade stainless steel countertop, 304-grade stainless steel body, and 304-grade stainless steel inner tank.
